Growing your team? Send invite links that include a pre-assigned role. When the person accepts, they're immediately added with the right permissions.

    Sending an invite

    1. 1

      Open Settings → Team

      From your org dashboard.

    2. 2

      Click Invite

      Enter the person's email address.

    3. 3

      Assign a role

Pick Owner, Manager, Event Coordinator, or any custom role you've created.

    4. 4

      Send

They'll receive an email with a join link valid for 14 days.

Pro tip: Batch invites for school staff

Inviting 20 teachers? Use the same flow — Yura sends individual invite emails. Assign them all the same custom 'Teacher' role so they land with the right permissions from day one.

    Revoking access

Open the team member's profile from Settings → Team and click Revoke Access. Their session is invalidated immediately and they can no longer sign in to your org.

    Revoke — don't delete

Deleting a team member removes their attribution from past actions (approvals, edits, etc.). Revoking preserves the audit trail while blocking all future access. Always revoke.
