Go to Settings → Notifications to control your notification channels. Each notification type can be independently toggled for email, in-app, and push.
Notification types
- Hours verified / rejected — know immediately when your logs are processed.
- New event from followed orgs — stay on top of opportunities from your favorites.
- RSVP reminders — get a reminder before events you're registered for.
- Correction requests (admins) — volunteer-submitted correction requests that need your attention.
- New volunteer joined (admins) — someone new has joined your organization.
Pro tip: Keep verification notifications on
The most common regret is turning off 'Hours verified' notifications and then not realizing a log was rejected. Keep this one on — even if you turn off everything else.
Pro tip for admins: Enable correction request alerts
Volunteers who submit correction requests expect a fast response. Turn on email notifications for these so they don't pile up in your queue unnoticed.
